Refund policy

At Y-Square Gallery, every nameplate is custom-made with great care and attention to detail. We value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations.

1. Returns

Since all our nameplates are custom-made and personalized, returns are not accepted once the order is confirmed, except in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damage during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos)
  • Incorrect product received (different from what was ordered)

2. Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@ysquareatelier.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Mention the product details and clearly describe the issue.
  • Attach clear photographs showing the defect or damage.

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

3. Return Shipping

Once approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Ship the product back to us yourself, or
  • Opt for a return pickup arranged by us for a fee of ₹150 (or free, where applicable)

4. Replacements & Store Credit

  • Upon successful inspection of the returned product, we will offer either a replacement or store credit, as applicable.
  • Wherever possible, a replacement will be provided instead of a refund.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only in approved cases.
  • Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected.
  • The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, as production begins, cancellations or refunds will not be possible.
