1. Processing Time
- All our products are made to order.
- Standard processing/production time: 10-14 business days
International- 15-25 business days (depending on the design and customization). - You will receive an email/WhatsApp update once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time
- We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
- Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7–10 business days (may vary by location).
- For international orders, delivery timelines vary by country (usually 10–15 business days).
3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹15,000/-
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp to track your package in real time.
5. Damaged or Delayed Deliveries
- If your product arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours with photos/videos.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, but we will assist in resolving the issue.
6. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. Orders with incorrect/incomplete addresses may face delays or return-to-origin.
